ONLY THE CURRENT TAX YEAR, now 2022, is permitted to be collected in the local Moon Township Property Tax Office. For tax year 2021 or before, all delinquent and unpaid taxes have been turned over to the delinquent tax collection agency. For Moon Township (municipal) taxes and the Moon Area School District taxes, that agency is the Law Offices of Weiss, Burkardt, and Kramer. Additional costs will be added to the 10% penalty amount of the tax by that agency. If you are paying an interim or additional tax bill from 2021, they will be accepted at the appropriate amount based on the due date by Weiss, Burkardt, and Kramer. All such payment should be sent to:

Please include a stamped, self-addressed return envelope if you want a receipt returned to you.

At any time, please e-mail me directly at john@moontaxcollector.com for additional information, specific questions or assistance. You can also call the office at 412-299-7446.
